We have a 14-day Return Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (support@mayomiswimwear.com).

We accept items purchased from mayomiswimwear.com in new condition with tags and liners in tact for a refund on the original payment method. 

Return shipping is at customer expense.

Please note sale items are not eligible for return. Sale items include items purchased with a discount of 15% or more and are not eligible for return.

For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.

Important: Return Form is required to be filled in order to identify your return. The Return Form will be send to you after your Return Request. It has to be filled out and enclosed in the return parcel.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items include items purchased with a discount of 15% or more.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4-10 business days.

REJECTED RETURN

Any items received that are not in original condition, in packaging with panty liner in tact and tags attached or have stains/soiling will be immediately shipped back to you from our returns warehouse. We are unable to issue a refund on these items for sanitary reasons.
